Independent Shakespeare Co. has commissioned a new one-act play entitled A Man of the Theatre by Rick Creese that exposes the devious and hilarious workings of the Shakespeare Deniers – those who argue that Shakespeare was not a Man of the Theatre but rather some taffy-nosed Earl in a Castle.
The play reading, which features Luis Galindo and Andre Martin, will take place on Tuesday, August 16 at 7:00 pm in the ISC Studio, Atwater Crossing Arts and Innovation Complex, 3191 Casitas Ave. Suite 161, Atwater Village 90039.
