On Friday, October 28, Theatricum Botanicum becomes a haunted BOO-tanicum for its 1st annual Halloween extravaganza. For one night only, the theater and surrounding gardens will become the haunt of headless horsemen, wandering witches, tale-telling hearts, man-made monsters and spirited sprites, all put together by Theatricum’s classical actors.
Events will include:
Haunted house
Classic ghost stories told by award-winning actors Ellen Geer, Earnestine Phillips and William Hunt
Costume contest
Bobbing for apples and pumpkin carving
Organic Chicken & Waffles by Bon Melange Catering
Eclectic live music by Peter Alsop and Tommy Santee Klaws
…and lots of not-too-scary stuff for kids.
