Hi Everyone,
Post-pandemic, I’ve gotten requests for local Shakespeare information again so I’ve decided to bring Shakespeare in LA back from archive status. While I won’t be reviewing productions, I will be updating the show listings on an ongoing basis. You’ll find them in the column on the right and also on the Calendar page. I may also post periodic updates for what’s happening around town but they won’t be regular.
For now, I hope you’ve been well and are finding the best way to live your best life. When in doubt, go see a show!

That’s great! We’ve moved largely into the immersive theater space, and have found a lot of success there, so I’m not sure how soon we’ll be doing another Shakespeare production as a company. But I’m directing Caesar with my students now! Hope you’re well!

Shakespeare Youth Festival LA ’23 opens this Saturday – we’ve adapted the Henry VI into two parts. Come see this rarely performed work at Our Lady of Bright Mount in West Adams. You can find all the information about the Festival at https://www.shakespeareyouthfestival.com
